liNa living in NY
So now I live in NYC. It has all been kind of overwhelming, the move, getting used to the new job etc. But things are comming together nicely. I found a nice studio apartment for myself and the pupplet. One of my favorit things to do is to hunt for things to furnish this new apartment with. I write hunt because I am taking this seriously, I created a css feed that keep me informed if any of the things I desire becomes available on craigslist and I am constantly looking for things on e-bay. The highlight of my findings are; a since long desired vintage globe that lights up, this particular one is Danish from the 50s and are held by a clear acrylic stand, a german cuckoo clock, a really cool 50s Thonet table with angled legs to go with the brand new Eames chairs. I am thinking about also getting a little bicycle to faster get around on Manhattan. I have this theory that if I get a smaller bicycle where I can comfortably reach the ground with my feet I will be less scared of bicyling in this big city. My other big news is that I have cut my hair, short!!! I had long hair for many years and was starting to get bored of it. After I moved I decided I needed new hair to go with all the other new things. I will post before and after pictures later. I am going to end this posting with a call out to my friends; please move to NYC, I miss you soo.

Anyone know of a studio for rent?
My above dependable and super cute VolksWagen Cabriolet '93 Collecters Edition with low milages and all the extras such as heated leather seats, aftermarket keyless entry, 10 disk CD changer, low profile wheels, new top and new tires will be for sale shortly.

liNa stop functioning as a design studio. Instead liNa work as a contracting Art Director; part time at Wessling Creative and on a need basis at Foote Cone and Belding.
